oh that's an Evening Primrose I grew few of those. The flowers actually open up in the late evening and night. The oil extracted from the seeds were sold in health food shops as capsules containing Gamma linoleic acid good for elevating moods and brain function .Often seen in alleyways .Linoleic acids are also found in Borage and Lin seeds. Good for salad dressings . ask Matthew hes the great botanist too.lol.

yes I think this is a beneficiant oil has also great anti-inflammatory effects I suggest you put it in your eat it list.

no the oil is extracted from the seeds in concentrate and sold as capsules in health food shops I saw a big one in an ally with beautiful yellow flowers and a strange necklass was placed over it with, the bluish glass beads were shaped like tadpoles with eyes on it.
