Many transwomen and shemales (if you don't mind the term) and female impersonators do tuck themselves in the groin to make them look lie a woman down there.

I am tucked all the time now and I use the same method that the pro fem impersonators and keep myself glued to hold things as I want them down there. Being that I did not follow through with my SRS I am tucked all the time now to keep me looking like a woman down there and like I have a natural and real cunt.

 I've dressed the part before when I was a nice smooth twinkie type.... However, Since about age 25 I have turned into a Blond Chewbaca and it takes 2 blades to get me down to smooth.

You try female hormones? I was very hairy as a male but since changing my diet and taking hormone supplements my body hair has diminished drastically. Now much less shaving and sometimes I wax I'm a lot less hairy. I know how you feel about shaving.
